Remaja Chef Challenge GiatMARA

31 July 2026, Friday – Rempah Cap Bunga Rose collaborated with Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) Terengganu in organising the Remaja Chef Challenge competition, involving GiatMARA students as part of Terengganu Showcase 2026, held at Medan MARA, Kuala Lumpur.

A total of 10 teams comprising participants from GiatMARA Hulu Langat, GiatMARA Klang and GiatMARA Setiawangsa took on the challenge by showcasing their top chef-standard culinary creations in the first round.

Representatives from GiatMARA Klang and GiatMARA Hulu Langat then advanced to the final round. The Karipap Rendang prepared using Pes Rendang Cap Bunga Rose earned GiatMARA Hulu Langat representatives, Umi Namirah binti Zakaria and Nuriza binti Saad, the Champion title.

Meanwhile, the First Runner-Up title was awarded to GiatMARA Klang representatives, Muhammad Alif Imran bin Kelana and Muhammad Danish Hakimi bin Abdul Aziz, who presented Bihun Goreng prepared using Pes Mee Goreng Udang Cap Bunga Rose.

The Third Place was won by GiatMARA Hulu Langat representatives, Wan Nurul Syakira binti Wan Md Azzaidi and Muhammad Danish Zackary bin Ghazali.

This experience was certainly meaningful for Rempah Cap Bunga Rose, as we had the opportunity to witness firsthand the knowledge, training and culinary skills developed by GiatMARA and MARA in nurturing a talented younger generation in the culinary field.
