Remaja Chef Challenge at SMK Tengku Bariah

7 July 2026, Tuesday – The Remaja Chef Challenge continued its competition at SMK Tengku Bariah, Kuala Terengganu. This round featured 15 teams of Form 2 to Form 4 students from the culinary stream.

In the final round, both finalist teams prepared the same dish, Prawn Fried Noodles (Mee Goreng Udang). However, the winning team added a unique twist to their dish by combining Cap Bunga Rose Prawn Fried Noodles Paste and Beriani Paste, impressing the judges with their creative approach.

All participants demonstrated remarkable effort and culinary skills throughout the competition.

The programme was further highlighted by the Signing Ceremony of the Collaboration Agreement between the Director of Rempah Cap Bunga Rose, Encik Mohd Zulfikri bin Hassan, and the Principal of SMK Tengku Bariah, Puan Juliza Mohd Zakaria. The ceremony symbolised the beginning of a collaborative relationship between both parties, with further cooperation to be developed in the future.
